Our Rebuild & Return service, also known as R&R, is mainly used:

* If a customer prefers their own unit rebuilt and returned.
* When a customer needs a modification made to their existing unit, such as manual to power brake conversion, response adjustment, or custom finishes (e.g. gold, chrome, or powder coat).
* For rare or antique units that are difficult to source otherwise, also known as "R&R Only.

Rebuild & Return Order Process
1. Contact Us. Be sure to include the vehicle information on the contact form. There is an option for Rebuild and Return in the pull-down menu.
2. A member of our sales team will contact you back with a quote and expected handling time once we receive the unit.
3. Reply to the quote and let us know that you accept. We will set-up a R&R Order # and send you an electronic shipping label. We pay for the inbound shipping.
4. Ship the unit to us.
5. When the unit is ready to ship back to you, we will send an invoice and payment request from Shopify, including return shipping costs. Once the payment has been received, we will fulfill the order and ship the unit. You will receive the tracking number by email.

If local, we can process the R&R order, drop-off, or pick up from our Carson City or San Jose locations.
