Outbound Shipping Costs for Purchased Product
The customer is responsible for outbound product shipping costs. Rates are calculated by carrier and delivery method chosen, weight, distance, and in some cases flat rates by weight.

Product Returns & Warranty
We pay the return shipping for product return and warranty claims. Please contact us to start a return or warranty claim.

Core Returns
We pay the return shipping for cores. A pre-paid return shipping label has been included with your purchase.

Drop-off & Pick-up
Is available at our Carson City, NV location. Depending on the product, these options may be available for our San Jose, CA location too.
