For all orderable product on Shopify (excluding Rebuild and Return), the purchase price does include a core cost, which will be refunded if the core is returned to our facility, assuming:

* The cores outer shell cannot be compromised, which includes holes or heavy impact damage.
* All original rods (master cylinder and pedal rod) are included.
* The plastic hub on the unit (if applicable) is not broken..

Being able to provide buyers with a selection of units means that our facility has to maintain an inventory of cores. You are welcome to purchase the unit with the core price included without processing a core return, but if you decide to return the core for a refund, we are here to help.

The core return process is included with every purchase along with a pre-paid return shipping label. We do pay for the return shipping on cores.

Our standard product return policy: 30-days for incorrect, damaged, or defective product.

Our warranty: 1-Year Parts and Labor

Our highly trained production team, multi-stage testing and inspection process, combined with final QA for unit response and any possible safety concerns guarantees a product meeting OEM and industry standards.

Every unit is individually tested. We do not sample test batch production.

Outbound Shipping Costs for Purchased Product
The customer is responsible for outbound product shipping costs. Rates are calculated by carrier and delivery method chosen, weight, distance, and in some cases flat rates by weight.

Product Returns & Warranty
We pay the return shipping for product return and warranty claims. Please contact us to start a return or warranty claim.

Core Returns
We pay the return shipping for cores. A pre-paid return shipping label has been included with your purchase.

Drop-off & Pick-up
Is available at our Carson City, NV location. Depending on the product, these options may be available for our San Jose, CA location too.
